摘要： A network connection restoration method of an IP communications system having a radio access network and using Mobile IP for managing the movement of a mobile terminal is disclosed. The network connection restoration method includes the steps of (a) an AAA server selecting a first one of multiple home agents to which one the mobile terminal is to be connected at the time of authenticating the mobile terminal, (b) the AAA server detecting a failure of the selected first one of the home agents by communicating with the selected first one of the home agents, and (c) the AAA server selecting a second one of the home agents in response to step (b) detecting the failure of the selected first one of the home agents.

The exchange has at least one circuit interface section to which are connected a plurality of physical circuits The exchange terminates the physical circuits and a call control processor which is connected to the circuit interface section or sections and performs call-processing control. A signal control processing unit within the circuit interface section performs call restriction with respect to each individual physical circuit, either in response to an instruction from the call control processor or independently.

摘要： The present invention relates to a technique of providing a push delivery service. A data center transmits attribute information on positions and radii of areas A through J to a user station. The user station compares the attribute information with a self-predicted position to predict that the user station itself lies in the area A through J. When the user station confirms that the user station lies in the area A through J, and requests the data center for delivery information attached to the area A through J on the basis of a result of confirmation. The data center transmits delivery information to the user station in response to the request. The user station knows itself in one of plural push delivery areas A through J, and decreases the frequency of positioning and pinpoints delivery of information such as shop advertisements is possible.

This golf data management system includes a portable communication terminal that is carried by a player and a data center connected to the portable communication terminal via a communication network. The data center includes: an individual data storage unit that stores and manages play data supplied from the portable communication unit and practice data supplied from a practice data processing unit; a group data storage unit that manages performances of a group of accompanying players; and a common data storage unit that stores course map data of a plurality of golf courses. In response to an advice request containing measurement data obtained by a measuring unit in the portable communication terminal, the data center provides advice for each individual player based on the data stored in the individual data storage unit.
