摘要： A front axle of a vehicle, configured for reducing vibration, which is connected to a knuckle having a front wheel disposed thereon through a king pin, in which a gap may be formed between the knuckle and the king pin passing through the front axle and the knuckle, and filled with lubricant oil, and at least one of the king pin and the knuckle may include a plurality of rollers disposed therein, the rollers having an axis parallel to an axial direction of the king pin while circumferences of the rollers are partially buried in at least one of the king pin and the knuckle.

摘要： A transmission mount installed in a vehicle body in order to support the weight of a transmission includes a housing bracket including a housing having stopper-fixing holes and stopper-position-fixing portions, a stopper having insertion-protruding portions formed so as to be inserted into the stopper-position-fixing portions, fixing pieces formed so as to be inserted into the stopper-fixing holes and curled, and fixing holes formed near the fixing pieces, and an inner steel member having protruding pieces formed so as to be inserted into the fixing holes formed in the stopper. The stopper contacts a transmission bracket of a powertrain when a transmission of the powertrain is biased to the left in response to a right turn of a vehicle, thereby suppressing movement of the powertrain and further improving steering performance.

摘要： A structure of an active mount is provided. The structure includes a case with an interior that is divided into upper and lower fluid chambers, a sealed hydro fluid flows based on a volume change of the upper fluid chamber due to deformation of an insulator, and flow characteristics of the hydro fluid are varied when power is applied to a driver. The structure further includes a generator that produces electricity based on behavior of the insulator. The generator is disposed within the case and the electricity produced by the generator is applied to the driver. Additionally, the generator autonomously produces electricity based on engine behavior and is mounted within an engine mount and, thus, supply of electricity from the outside is not required.

The rod portion may have a main body portion with a front end connected to a power train, and an inner pipe formed at a rear side of the main body portion. The fastening unit may be mounted to a sub-frame, slidably coupled to the inner pipe and have a partition wall portion formed on an inner circumferential surface. The insulators may be mounted at front and rear sides of the partition wall portion and made of an elastic material. The end plate may be coupled to a rear end of the inner pipe. The damper unit may have a cooperating unit on which a permanent magnet is mounted, and a coil portion which generates electromagnetic force and controls an operation of the cooperating unit. The damper unit may be embedded in the fastening unit.
