The heat pipe includes an evaporator section, a first condenser section and a second condenser section extending from two opposite ends of the evaporator section in the same directions, and a third condenser section extending from a free end of the second condenser section towards a free end of the first condenser section. The third condenser section extends through the first fin assembly. The first condenser section interconnects one of the second fin assemblies to the first fin assembly. The second condenser section interconnects the other second fin assembly to the first fin assembly.

Each of the notches comprises from above to below an insertion slot (5321), an elongated sliding slot (5323) and a retaining slot (5325). The spring arm engages with the ear with the barbs extending into the insertion slots, and the wires are slideable downwardly along the sliding slots to be fixed in the retaining slots.

Each fin has a main body (2210), a first flange (2211a) and a second flange (2213a). The first flange and the second flange are slantwise extended from an edge portion of the main body towards the air outlet of the fan. The first flange and the second flange are inclined with respect to the main body, and an airflow produced by the fan is guided into the channels of the fins by the first flange and the second flange of the each fin.
