摘要： The production of plied yarn in pot spinning in which a pot is filled with yarn emerging in one direction from a reciprocating traversing tube. When the pot is filled to the desired extent a lead yarn is injected into the pot by pneumatic means in a direction opposite to the said one direction so that yarn from the traversing tube is wound around the lead yarn. The lead yarn is then withdrawn from the pot in said one direction and the yarn in the pot is wound around further yarn from the traversing tube.

One or more nodes of the social graph may be associated with respective locations. A request for social information related to a location may be received from a computing device. The request may comprise a location of the computing device, an orientation of the computing device, and an identifier for the user. A relevance score may be determined for one or more proximate nodes based on the request, the social-networking information associated with the user, and the location information for the respective proximate node. Each proximate node may be associated with at least one location within a threshold distance from the location of the computing device. Particular embodiments may provide social-networking information associated with at least one of the proximate nodes for display in conjunction with an image.

摘要： In one embodiment, a first computing device communicating with a second computing device through a communications channel transmits an out-of-band message indicative of the urgency of the communication through a notification channel. In particular embodiments, a server acts as a proxy for relaying the out-of-band message from the first device to the second device. The second device calculates an implicit urgency score based on the communication characteristics, and combines the implicit score with the explicit urgency indicator to determine whether a call is urgent. In particular embodiments, communication handling may be affected by the determination of urgency.

The one or more computer systems of the social-networking system determine a placement for the overlay area within the first video stream, generate a modified video stream using at least the first video stream and the overlay area, and provide the modified video stream for display on a display device.
