摘要： A telecommunication system is arranged between a trusted automated interactive system and a non-secure agent. The trusted automated interactive portion is operable for bidirectional communications with a caller. The agent portion is arranged to be bridged onto a communication connection between the caller (or network chat user) and the trusted interactive system under certain conditions. Sensitive data transmitted between the system and a calling user may be blocked from being communicated to the agent even while the agent is bridged onto the connection. In one embodiment, information (such as a verification of authenticity of the caller) pertaining to the sensitive data (but not the sensitive data itself) is communicated to the agent.

Using a pre-existing application or one specifically developed for the control, a developer programmatically declares which functionalities of the original application are to be included in the new control. This control building logic becomes a part of the application code. The control developer may now extend the generated code using simple Object Oriented Programming (OOP) inheritance to add properties and parameters that will control its behavior. The resulting control may then be referenced by other developers when creating a new software application.

摘要： The present invention is directed to systems and methods in which a speaker records strings of numbers in different string lengths. Advantage is taken of the fact that speakers typically break numbers into group sizes of two, three, or four. Thus, by way of example, a recorder records two 0's, two 2s, two 3s, etc. Then the recorder records three 1s, three 2s, three 3s, etc., followed by four 1s, four 2s, four 3s, etc. The spoken number values for each string are broken apart and stored as individual numbers corresponding to the string length of the recording. When a number string is to be spoken (for example, the number 782), the system retrieves from the three digit string a first 7, a middle 8, and an end 2. When these retrieved values are communicated to a recipient, proper inflections are achieved for each digit.

A developer can modify the program flow by adding an icon representing a subroutine to any point on the arrow. 摘要： A computer server that stores a HTML document, receives a request via a global network from a user for the document and sends the document to the user. The computer server uses a state machine to examine the request to determine a current state status of the request and compares it to the required state status for accessing the document stored in a state transition model. If the current status fulfills the required status, then access to the document is granted. If the required status is not fulfilled, then the server sends an error message to the user denying access to the document. Thus, the server imposes a structured, hierarchical format onto a freeform hypertext links of HTML documents by restricting movement between the links to legal transitions.
