The projecting position of the second electrode on the plane is between that of the first electrode and that of the third electrode. The controlling unit is electrically connected to the group of the electrodes for driving the first electrode, the second electrode, and the third electrode respectively. As the group of electrodes is driven by the controlling unit such that the polarity of the first electrode is opposite to that of the third electrode, and the polarity of the second electrode is the same as that of the third electrode, the fluid on the substrate flows from the first electrode to the third electrode due to the electric field formed by the group of electrodes. 【創作特點】 本發明係有關於一種流體驅動裝置,其利用可被獨立驅動之電極或電極組產生電場,並使流體受電極極性影響而感應出電荷,藉此造成電滲透力效應以驅動流體流動,更可進一步操控粒子之運動。
