The photo functional material of the invention may be preferably used as the sensitized dye for photoelectric transforming a dye-sensitized photoconductivity cell, and can be provided as the sensitized dye for photoconductivity having high photoelectric transforming efficiency and strong adhesion with an inorganic semiconductor surface.
