    • PURPOSE: A low noise amplification control circuit is provided to selectively modulate a satellite signal and a ground wave digital TV signal by including a digital modulator using a ZIF(Zero Intermediate Frequency) setting method. CONSTITUTION: A satellite signal processing unit(102) selectively provides a low-noise amplified satellite signal by passing signals through a fixed frequency band. A ground wave digital TV signal processing unit(104) up-converts a low-noise amplified ground wave digital TV signal to a proper frequency. A digital modulator(106) selectively digitally modulates the satellite signal and the ground wave digital TV signal in a satellite frequency band. A micom(108) controls the gain of the digitally modulated ground wave digital TV signal and the satellite signal. A low-noise amplification controller(110) supplies power to the satellite signal processing unit or the ground wave digital TV signal processing unit.

    • A digital tuning circuit of a GM-C filter which decreases the electricity by using one GM cell is provided to tune Gm by using direct current without using clock signal in a gm tuning mode. A Gm cell circuit unit(200) operates in a Gm tuning mode. The Gm tuning is performed according to the Gm tuning coefficient. A D/A converter(300) varies a second reference voltage according to DAC tuning coefficient and converts the second reference voltage into a third voltage. An error detecting unit controls the capacitor tuning by using the first voltage between the third voltage and the first voltage in a capacitor tuning mode. The error detecting unit controls the Gm tuning by using the Gm tuning coefficient corresponding to a second voltage in Gm tuning mode.

    • A television tuner is provided to remove a neighboring channel signal of an intermediate frequency output from a mixer through a tuning circuit, trap the intermediate frequency through a trap circuit, and amplify the intermediate frequency through an intermediate frequency amplifier, thereby improving interference capability against a neighboring channel signal of an intermediate frequency. An MOPLL IC includes a mixer(21), an OSC, a phase locked loop, and an intermediate frequency amplifier(22). The mixer(21) mixes an input high-frequency signal with an oscillation frequency to output the intermediate frequency. The OSC is connected to the mixer(21) to output the oscillation frequency to the mixer(21). The intermediate frequency amplifier(22) includes two input terminals. One input terminal inputs the intermediate frequency, and the other terminal is grounded. A tuning circuit(23) is connected to the output terminal of the mixer(21) of the MOPLL IC. The tuning circuit(23) includes coils(L1,L2) and a condenser(C1) to perform a tuning operation with respect to the intermediate frequency output from the mixer(21) and remove the intermediate frequency. A trap circuit(24) is connected to the tuning circuit(23) and includes a coil(L3) and a condenser(C2) to trap the intermediate frequency, from which a neighboring channel signal is removed in the tuning circuit(23), to attenuate the neighboring channel signal.
