    • A waveguide array coupler having a variable coupling coefficient is provided to reduce a time and cost of a device exchange by easily adjusting a coupling coefficient using a coupling coefficient adjusting plate which change a size of a coupling hole. A waveguide array coupler having a variable coupling coefficient includes a hollow type coupling tube(110), a coupling coefficient adjusting plate(130), and an adjusting plate driving unit(120). The waveguide array coupler distributes or combines a high frequency power transmitted from an accelerator high frequency system. A partition having a plurality of coupling holes is vertically installed inside a hollow unit along a length direction. The hollow type coupling tube has two wave guide spaces which are separated by the partition. The coupling coefficient adjusting plate is inserted into the coupling tube, and blocks the coupling holes, which are formed on the partition of the coupling tube, partially or wholly. The adjusting plate driving unit adjusts a movement of the coupling coefficient adjusting plate.

The plurality of baseband processors(3) or the plurality of power ICs(4) are mounted on the multi-layered low frequency board(2). The MMIC(6) is mounted on the multi-layered high frequency board(5). The converting circuit transmits the high frequency signal. The converting circuit includes a unit to transfer the high frequency signal through a planar type transmission line(14) to other modules through the waveguide-type high frequency board(5) or the low frequency board(2).

    • A transmission line for high-frequency differential signals and having a transforming impedance is formed into a substrate. The transmission line is comprised of a first slot, the opposing surfaces of which carry a conductive surface capable of carrying electrical signals. By virtue of their dimensions, spacing and dielectric filler, the conductive surfaces constitute a transmission line.
