    • PURPOSE: A welding cable structure for preventing submersion is provided to prevent wafer from spreading in a welding cable by inserting a submersion preventing member between a rubber outer layer and a conductive line. CONSTITUTION: A rubber outer layer coats a welding cable. A gas supply pipe(12) is located in the center of a welding cable. A controller line(14) has an operation control function. A submersion preventing member(18) is inserted between the rubber outer layer and the conductive line for supplying power. The submersion preventing member prevents wafer from spreading and is composed of expandable tapes, watertight compound or expandable powder.

    • PURPOSE: A gas insulated transmission line capable of stably holding particles is provided to prevent damage to particles by providing a space for limiting the movement of the particles. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical conductor(20) is arranged in a cylindrical enclosure. The conductor is supported by a fixed type support insulator(30) and a movable support insulator(35). Insulation gas is charged within an insulating space which is divided by spacers. A particle trap(200) includes the fixed type support insulator, the movable support insulator, and a spacer or a shield and is spaced apart from the enclosure by a specific interval. A plurality of slots are penetrated through the bottom of the shield. A particle receiver(300) is attached to the bottom of the shield.
