The comparing and analyzing unit matches the external contour of the metal products with a sample image. A controller transfers an informing signal to a central controlling office.

    • PURPOSE: A CCTV system for monitoring, warning, and informing trespassing and an operating method thereof are provided to sense a person which trespasses, store a photographed image which is the sensed result, and transmit a trespassing restriction announcement. CONSTITUTION: A method for operating a CCTV system for monitoring, warning, and informing trespassing comprises the following steps. A road is consecutively photographed at a fixed cycle(S11). The photographed images are analyzed so that it is determined whether a person exists in the photographed images. When a person exists in the photographed images, the photographed images are stored in a database(S13). It is determined whether first time passes after it is detected that a person exists in the photographed images(S14). The photographed images after the first time are stored in the database. It is determined whether second time passes after a previous announcement is transmitted or whether third time passes after it is determined that a person in the photographed images(S16,S18). An announcement for preventing trespassing is transmitted according to the result about whether the second or third time passes(S19).

    • A remote monitoring system using an image capturing terminal and a method thereof are provided to minimize an installation cost of the remote monitoring system by using a monitoring sensor and an image capturing terminal. A remote monitoring system using an image capturing terminal includes a monitoring sensor(102) and an image capturing terminal(104). The monitoring sensor is installed on a predetermined space, and generates a control signal in response to a detection of a motion. The image capturing terminal is coupled to the monitoring sensor, and stores the captured image data in a memory in response to the control signal. The image capturing terminal transmits the captured image data to a predetermined receiving terminal through a mobile communication network. The image capturing terminal includes an RF module, an interface, a camera unit, a storage unit, an audio circuit unit, and a display unit. The RF module transceives a wireless signal through the mobile communication network. The interface is connected to the monitoring sensor and communicates with the monitoring sensor. The camera unit captures an image. The storage unit stores information of the receiving terminal. The audio circuit unit receives an audio signal, which is transceived through the RF module, through a mike or outputs the audio signal through a speaker. The display unit displays image data received through the RF module.
