    • PURPOSE: A temperature sensor using shape memory alloy and method for manufacturing the same is provided to reduce manufacturing procedures and costs and allow for mass production of temperature sensors, while achieving aesthetic enhancement. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor comprises a sensor part which slides by the restoring force generated when a wire made of a shape memory alloy is coupled to a wire hole formed at a discriminating part(130) and returns from a U-shape to the original shape; and a housing including an upper housing(110) and a lower housing(120). The lower housing has a mounting groove for supporting repulsive force of the wire, and a sliding groove for guiding the discriminating part to slide. The upper housing is assembled to the lower housing and has a discriminating hole(111) for checking the sensor part.

    • PURPOSE: A temperature sensor using shape memory alloy is provided to simplify configuration and allow for ease of manufacture, while improving accuracy of sensing. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor comprises a plurality of sensor parts(10) each of which has a first shape formed by bending a wire made of a shape memory alloy, in the range of a predetermined transformation temperature, and a second shape to which the sensor part returns, in the range of a temperature exceeding the transformation temperature; and a housing(20) having a fixing part(22) formed integrally with the housing so as to fix sensor parts at the inner surface of the housing, and temperature checking holes(23) formed along the line which is made when a free end(12) of each sensor part advances, drawing a circular arc having a finite angle.
