    • A specimen holder for specimen thermal treatment and a specimen surface analysis capable of measuring and controlling the temperature of a specimen, and a specimen surface analyzing device using the same are disclosed. The specimen holder specimen thermal treatment and a specimen surface analysis according to the present invention includes a first holder on which a specimen, which is an object for specimen thermal treatment and a specimen surface analysis, is seated; and a second holder which fixes the first holder and which is transferred between a thermal treatment chamber and an analysis chamber. A dummy specimen is arranged on the first holder with the specimen. A thermocouple is connected to the dummy specimen inside the thermal treatment chamber so that the temperature of the specimen is indirectly measured inside the thermal treatment chamber.
