CONSTITUTION: An impeller used for a rotary valve for high-temperature and high-pressure comprises a support plate (20), multiple vibration proof pads (30), an impeller housing (110), a main body, a motor fixing plate (210), a drive unit, and a sensor unit. The support plate is formed on the bottom of a rotary valve (10). The vibration proof pads are formed under the support plate to prevent vibration generated in the rotary valve. The impeller housing is formed on one side of the support plate to discharge pulverized coal from the top to bottom. The main body has first and second flanges (120,121). The first flanges are formed on the top and bottom of the impeller housing and put and discharge pulverized coal. The second flanges are formed on the left and right of the impeller housing. The motor fixing plate is formed on one side of the main body on the top of the support plate.

The rotating member opens or shuts the openings according to the rotation angle. The second and third openings are arranged on a coaxial line. The center of rotation(140) of the rotating member does not penetrate an imaginary pipe formed by imaginarily connecting the edges of the second and third openings.

Bending deformation of the valve is prevented against pressure of the valve rod by increasing the thickness of the middle part of the valve body. Fluid is discharged actively with guiding flow with forming the conical valve body. Assembling process is reduced with integrally forming the guide member in the valve body.
