摘要： The gear pump or motor includes seal plates (30) having a lubrication channel (48, 50) communicating between the shaft bearings and the low pressure side of zone where the gear teeth intermesh. Lubricant flow is directed first through one bearing on one side of the pump and then back through a separate channel to the other bearings on the same side of the pump. Placement of the lubrication channels on the low pressure side of the pump where the volume between intermeshing teeth is increasing and the pressure between the teeth is below inlet pressure ensures that flow reversals in the bearings and lubricant aeration are avoided; and renders bearing flow rate less sensitive to pressure.

摘要： PURPOSE: A hydraulic pump is provided to reduce vibration and noise and to facilitate manufacture of the hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic pump(10) includes a housing(20), two shafts(40,41), and pairs of rotors(5-1,5-2,5-3,5-4,5-5,5-6). A suction pipe for the inflow of a fluid and a discharge pipe for the outflow of the fluid are installed in the housing. The shafts extend from the inside of the housing and rotate in the opposite directions. The rotors are each joined to the shafts and the rotors are rotated through engagement. One of the rotors has at least two protrusions protruded in the radial direction and the other one has receiving grooves for receiving the protrusions. The rotors on a coaxial line are joined to the rotating shafts, with each different phase to engage at each different time.
