The electric transmission motor and the starter motor are disposed on the same side of the pivot shaft. The electric transmission motor is closer to the pivot shaft than the starter motor.

The wheel is rotated with the engine shaft by receiving rotational force through the belt. The current supply switch is separated from the brake pedal in releasing the brake pedal, and the wheel is disengaged from the engine shaft to rotate the engine shaft only. Recyclable power is obtained by driving the wheel connected to the engine shaft through the belt in stepping on the brake pedal.
