    • PURPOSE: A device for removing precipitation soil and locally discharging underground water through an excavation hole and a method thereof are provided to greatly improve work efficiency by removing soil while minimizing physical impact of a vein of the underground water and improving turbidity of a work area. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing precipitation soil and locally discharging underground water through an excavation hole comprises a compressed air supply unit (10), ejectors (20,30), a constant pressure valve device (14), a discharge unit, and a storage unit. The ejector sprays compressed air supplied by the compressed air supply unit to the ground. The ejector sucks soil stacked on the bottom of the excavation hole and pumps the soil to the ground. The ejector includes an ejector including a venturi type passage and an ejector nozzle.

    • PURPOSE: A drilling device for preventing weak soil disturbance is provided to suppress ground disturbance due to water pressure of a discharge port when a boring hole is drilled and to efficiently collect coarse grained soils. CONSTITUTION: A drilling device(100) for preventing weak soil disturbance comprises a boring rod(10), a baler(20), and a bit(30). Two drilling water discharge ports are formed on an end surface of the bit, and directions of the discharge ports face opposite sides. The baler comprises a cored rod(21), a bit fastener(22), and a guide wall(23), and slime is collected after excavation. A centralizer is included between the upper inner surface of the guide wall and the cored rod. A plurality of excavation tips is formed around the drilling water discharge ports.
