    • A tenter machine having super high efficiency is provided to reduce the amount of drug and to utilize two rails independently. A method for manufacturing a tenter machine comprises the following steps of: making rail from one to two rails in a drying room by installing the rails into a zigzag shape; making the two rails into one rail; and installing another roller to set speed of a chain on the separated two rails. Through a drying process of the tenter machine, manufacturing expenses can be reduced.

    • A textile machine is provided to prevent both end portions of a fabric from being rolled, by passing the fabric through a fabric roll preventing unit having upper heat plates and lower heat plates. A textile unit(210) spins and weaves a fabric(200) using raw yarns. A winding unit(220) winds the woven fabric. A fabric roll preventing unit(230) is positioned between the textile unit and the winding unit. The fabric roll preventing unit includes upper heat plates(232) and lower heat plates(234), wherein the upper heat plates and the lower heat plates are installed on upper surfaces and lower surfaces of both end portions of the fabric. Further, a support bar is contained in order to support the upper heat plates and the lower heat plates.

    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an infrared camouflaging nylon fabric, which makes it difficult to discriminate and can be concealed from an infrared ray monitoring device by having reflectivity which is same or similar with surroundings in infrared wavelength region (600-1500 nm) when expressing color with visible ray in the daytime and measuring the same by the infrared ray monitoring device at night. The present invention comprises the steps of: manufacturing a dyeing solution by mixing an acidic dyestuff, an additive, and an infrared absorbent with cold water in an immersion tank; soaking a nylon fabric into the dyeing solution of the immersion tank, picking up the same, and pre-drying the nylon fabric picked up under high temperature using a first drying cylinder; transporting the nylon fabric inputted inside a steam heat fixing device supplying steam in zigzag, and fixing the acidic dyestuff to the nylon fabric using steam heat while transporting; inputting the nylon fabric inside a dry heat fixing device supplying air of high temperature corresponding to the freezing point of a binder, and fixing the infrared absorbent to the nylon fabric; washing the nylon fabric to remove impurities and non-fixation products; and drying the nylon fabric washed at low temperature using a second drying cylinder.

      상기 체인핀의 하단에는 슬라이딩플레이트에 형성되는 고정홀과 압입 결합 되도록 체결부를 일체로 형성하고, 상기 체결부에 세레이션을 형성하여 고정홀에 압입 되는 과정에서 파고들면서 결합 되도록 한 것이 특징이다.
