    • A preparation method of pure gold particles and the pure gold particles prepared by the preparation method are provided to obtain an antibacterial function and efficiently apply the coated carrier to various industrial fields including antistatic, electromagnetic shielding and infrared reflecting products by coating a glass, ceramic, fiber, or plastic carrier with a mixture of prepared pure gold particles and a binder. A preparation method of pure gold particles comprises the processes of: mixing 0.1 to 10 wt.% of hydrogen tetrachloroaurate(III) tetrahydrate(HAuCl4.4H2O) with an aqueous colloidal solution comprising 0.1 to 5 wt.% of a water-based photocatalyst; stirring the mixture at a stirring speed of 100 to 2,000 revolutions per minute for 10 to 30 minutes; and irradiating ultraviolet rays onto the stirred material by a photoelectrochemical reaction to prepare pure gold (Au) particles precipitated in the aqueous solution. The preparation method further comprises the process of filtering the precipitated pure gold particles, washing the filtered pure gold particles at least three times by using distilled water, and removing impurities such as ions and photocatalyst from the washed pure gold particles to prepare a pure gold powder or an aqueous pure gold solution. Pure gold particles are formed in a spherical, polygonal or rod shape, and have a particle size of 50 nm to 10 mum. The pure gold particles are polygonal single crystalline pure gold particles.
