    • PURPOSE: A new amine derivative which can be used for an exciton stop layer is provided to form the exciton stop layer and to improve luminance and driving-voltage characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A new amine derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 to R13 are independently substituted or non-substituted aliphatic group of 1-6 carbon atoms and aromatic ring group of 1-20 carbon atoms. The aromatic ring group having the substituted or non-substituted carbon number 6~20 is phenyl, biphenyl, naphthyl, terphenyls, anthracene, phenanthrene, or pyrene. The organic electro luminescence device comprises anode, hole injection layer, hole-transport layer, exciton stop layer, light-emitting layer, electron-transport layer, electron injection layer, and cathode.

    • PURPOSE: A new amine derivative which can be used for a hole injection layer or hole transport layer is provided to prevent deterioration of surface between hole injection layer or hole transport layer and light-emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: An amine derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are independently substituted or non-substituted aromatic ring group having carbon number 6-20.
