    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing a tempered glass circuit board is provided, to allow a circuit to be soldered directly to the surface of a tempered glass circuit board and any tempered glass requiring electric conductivity to be applied to the method. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of pasting a silver plasma comprising silver, a mixture of a silver powder and an aluminum alloy, a glass powder, a resin and an organic solvent on the surface of glass, and drying it; putting the glass in a sintering tunnel furnace and increasing the temperature slowly from 30 deg.C; dissolving the surface of glass together with silver plasma completely by heating to 450-550 deg.C; increasing the temperature continuously to 750±2% deg.C to temper the glass directly; and reducing the temperature slowly after glass is tempered, leaving the cooled glass at a room temperature and electroplating the glass for the prevention of oxidation to obtain a tempered glass circuit board.
