CONSTITUTION: A valve assembly for filling comprises a L-shaped pipeline(101), an input valve(110), a filling valve(120), and a quantity control piston cylinder device(130). The L-shaped pipeline transfers granules. The input valve selectively transfers the granules in a storage tank(102) to the L-shaped pipeline. The filling valve selectively fills a container with the granules supplied from the L-shaped pipeline through a nozzle. The quantity control piston cylinder device sucks from the L-shaped pipeline or discharges a set amount of the granules, thereby filling the container with the set amount of the granules through a nozzle.
