摘要： PURPOSE: An automatic profile wrapping and piling system is provided to automatically input profiles to a wrapping device through a profile loading device and to automatically pile the wrapped profiles on pallets through a profile piling device. CONSTITUTION: An automatic profile wrapping and loading system comprises a profile loading device(100), a wrapping device(200), a profile piling device(300), and a controller(400). The profile loading device inputs each profile(11) piled on a pallet(10) while lifting the profile with a vacuum pad. The wrapping device is arranged in parallel to the profile loading device and is arranged to automatically input a sheet(12) from the upper part. If each profile is inputted through the profile loading device, the sheet is closely attached to the surface of each profile. The profile piling device is arranged in parallel to the wrapping device and piles up each profile completely wrapped through the wrapping device on the pallet while lifting with the vacuum pad. The controller controls the operation interval, operation time, operation order, and each part position of the profile loading device, wrapping device, and profile piling device according to the shape of the profile.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically attaching a sponge tape, in which a sponge having an adhesive tape attached on one surface thereof is automatically withdrawn and cut into a certain length and then automatically attached to an object using a multi-joint robot. The apparatus for automatically attaching a sponge tape according to the present invention comprises a multi-joint robot, a conveyor body, a timing belt, a sponge-attached head, a sponge-attached head rotating unit, and a sponge fixing unit. The multi-joint robot is connected to one side of the conveyor body. The conveyor body has pulleys installed at both sides thereof. The timing belt presses to attach an adhesive surface of a sponge tape disposed on a sponge tape pusher while rotating between the pulleys of the conveyor body. The sponge-attached head presses to attach the sponge tape, which advances in one direction when the timing belt rotates, to an attachment site of the object. The sponge-attached head rotating unit is installed at one side of the conveyor body, rotates the sponge-attached head toward the side of the timing belt for evasion of the sponge-attached head before the sponge tape is attached to the timing belt, and rotates the sponge-attached head toward the lower part of timing belt after the sponge tape is attached to the timing belt. The sponge fixing unit is installed at one end of the conveyor body, attaches a sponge fixing element onto the adhesive surface of the sponge tape to prevent the sagging of the sponge tape, and bends the sponge tape at a predetermined angle by controlling the sponge fixing element before the sponge-attached head rotates toward the lower part of timing belt.

The apparatus for automatically feeding and attaching a sponge tape according to the present invention comprises a device for automatically feeding a sponge tape, a multi-joint robot, and a device for automatically attaching a sponge tape. The device for automatically feeding a sponge tape includes: a sponge tape feeding roller on which a sponge tape is wound thereon; a sponge tape withdrawing unit which pulls and withdraws the sponge tape from the sponge tape feeding roller; a release paper winding unit which peels a release paper from the sponge tape and winds the release paper on the release paper roller when the sponge tape is withdrawn; a sponge tape pusher which pushes the opposite side, that is, a non-adhering surface of the sponge tape withdrawn by a predetermined length by the sponge tape withdrawing unit; and a sponge tape cutting unit which cuts the sponge tape withdrawn by the predetermined length by the sponge tape withdrawing unit. The multi-joint robot is installed at one side of the device for automatically feeding a sponge tape. The device for automatically attaching a sponge tape is connected to the multi-joint robot, attaches the sponge tape onto a timing belt rotating between both pulleys of a conveyor body to press and attach the sponge tape to the object while rotating the timing belt.
