The base driving unit applies a force for moving the transfer base unit forward and backward. The hook member at the transfer base unit moves up and down. When the transfer base unit moves forward, the hook member in contact with the rear end of the card applies a transferring force. When the transfer base unit moves forward, the hook member actuating unit moves the rear part of the hook member up. When the transfer base unit moves backward, the hook member actuating unit moves the rear part of the hook member down.
