    • PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling spraying water to prevent scattering dust are provided to control spraying direction and spraying amount of a spraying device using concentration and wind speed of scattering dust, and to let a mobile terminal user know whether the scattering dust generates or not and location where the scattering dust generates through warning alarm signals of a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling spraying water to prevent scattering dust comprises multiple relay stations(50), multiple dust measuring devices(10), an anemometer(30), an anemoscope(40), multiple spraying units, a ground station(60), and a mobile communication terminal(100). The multiple relay stations are installed in a yard where scattering dust generates. The dust measuring devices measure scattering dust concentration and delivers to the multiple relay stations. The anemometer is installed in the yard to deliver measured wind speed values to the multiple relay stations. The anemoscope is installed in the yard to deliver measured wind direction values to the multiple relay stations. The spraying units are installed in the yard and sprays water toward the yard. The ground station receives the scattering dust concentrations measuring in the multiple dust measuring devices, measured wind speed values, and measured wind direction values through the multiple relay stations. In case of existing a first dust measuring device over a reference scattering dust concentration among multiple scattering dust concentrations, a first warning alarm signal is outputted. If the measured wind speed value is over a reference wind speed value, a second warning alarm signal is outputted. The mobile communication terminal receives the first and second warning alarm signals from the ground station, indicates the warning alarm signals to users, and controls spraying of a first spraying unit which is the nearest from a position value of a first dust measuring device among the multiple spraying devices.

    • PURPOSE: A grain storage system with an automatic tent is provided to make the best use of space, and to reduce manpower by transferring, installing and disassembling automatically with a power generator. CONSTITUTION: A grain storage system having an automatic tent is composed of a main column part extending and contracting rods by a driving unit; an adjusting part having a control unit adjusting a pulling wire winding roll, an adjusting wire winding roll, and the main column; an exterior part forming a space part(H) by mounting a pulling wire(15) and an adjusting wire(23) around the main column part; a loading carrier unit stacking grain in the space part by turning a bucket elevator; and a discharge carrier unit loading grain in a transport vehicle through a transfer conveyor. The tent is installed and disassembled automatically by using a power generator. Efficiency is improved with promptly inputting and outputting grain from the grain storage system by using additional carriers.

    • PURPOSE: A salt scattering loading device for a saltpan is provided to distribute the salt, transferred through a salt transport unit, in a salt warehouse using a salt scattering unit including a disk scatter and a blade. CONSTITUTION: A salt scattering loading device for a saltpan comprises a salt transport unit(10) and a salt scattering unit(20). The salt transport unit comprises an unloading conveyor(11) which receives and transfers the salt transported with a carriage moving along a saltpan rail and discharged through the bottom of the carriage, and a tilt conveyor(12) which is connected to the unloading conveyor at an angle and transfers the salt upward from the unloading conveyor so that the salt falls from a higher place. The salt scattering unit comprises a supporting frame(21), a disk scatter(22), a scatter rotating unit(23), a blade(24), and a rear shield(25). The supporting frame is connected to the top of the tilt conveyor. The disk caster is pivotally supported in the supporting frame to be parallel to the surface and receives the salt dropped from the top of the tilt conveyor. The scatter rotating unit rotates the disk scatter. The blade is projected from the top of the disk scatter and scatters the salt dropped to the disk scatter to be distributed in every direction. The rear shield blocks the salt scattered with the blade distributed to the backside.

The weight of the released raw materials is measured by using the volume and the density of the raw material. The weight of the raw material piled up as described above and weight of the raw material blown down as described above are used. A raw materials stock is calculated by using the weight of the piled raw materials and the weight of the released raw materials.
