The present invention includes: a support housing which is combined with a hub spindle unit which is combined with the wheel of a bicycle; a sprocket support unit which is installed to be able to rotate in the outer circumference of the support housing and supports multiple sprockets outside; a support bearing which is installed between the support housing and the sprocket support unit; a latch unit which is installed between the support housing and the sprocket support unit, suppresses the free rotation of one direction of the sprocket support unit, and enables a free rotation in the other direction; and a latch control unit which enables a gear shift in a stationary state by enabling the free rotation of the sprocket support unit about the support housing in one direction by selectively controlling the latch unit. The latch unit includes: a latch member which is combined with the hub spindle unit and has a latch which is exposed to protrude toward the inner circumference; a latch interference member which has a latch interference piece installed in the support housing in order to slide back and forth and interfered by being in contact with the latch according to movement locations and a guide part supporting the slide movement of the latch.
