摘要： PURPOSE: A paper bin having a foaming coating layer in an inner surface and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to accommodate goods such as a cake which is easily damaged or perishable and not easy to install a buffer material around. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a paper bin comprises the following steps. A foam layer is formed by coating a foam composition on the surface of a paper, and heating and pressing the coated paper at 100-180 deg. C between rollers. The coated paper is laminated on a paperboard. An outer paper is attached to the other surface of the paperboard. A box is manufactured with the paperboard. The foam composition is composed of, in wt%: styrene-acrylate copolymer 40-50, water 47-55, ammonium hydroxide 1-3 and the small amount of foaming agent.
