    • The present invention relates to a heating and mixing device for aged cut asphalt capable of heating and cutting aged asphalt, mixing the cut asphalt with a recycling additive, and producing recycled asphalt. A U-shaped mixing unit is installed inside the heating and mixing device. The upper part of the heating and mixing device is formed as a mixing unit heat passage, and the lower part is formed as a collected heat passage. To the U-shaped mixing unit, a mixing transfer screw connected to an external screw motor is mounted. At the rear inlet of the mixing unit heat passage of the heating and mixing device, a heating fan is installed. The front of the mixing unit heat passage and the front of the collected heat passage are connected by a first collecting pipe. The rear of the mixing unit heat passage and the rear of the collected heat passage are connected by a second collecting pipe. Since heat is applied during the mixing of the cut aged asphalt and the applied heat is collected, reheated, and reused, the quality of products can be improved because of the uniform mixing; the thermal efficiency can be maximized; and accordingly the energy consumption can be reduced.

The shaft connection hole(54) of the arm(52) and a fastener(56) are coupled as a bolt nut(60) and are axis-fixed. In both connected end parts of the connected shaft connection hole(54) and the fastener(56), and the top-end part of the arm(52) comprise the bolt nut abrasion preventive pieces(58, 64) to be equipped respectively.
