And two pins (30)(32) penetrate through the vibration table (8) and a pallet (10). The pressurizing plate (14) makes a form according to a shape of an object on the lower part. The upper part of the frame (6) and the lower part of a supply container (24) are also molded according to the upper shape of the object.

C ring(70) is combined in the installation part in order to catch on the stopper(53). The washer is supported by C ring in order not to be broken away from the installation part. A second spring installation groove(61) formed by the washer is combined with an upper joint part(81) of a spring(80). A lower joint part(82) of the spring is combined in a first spring installation groove(36) of the spring supporting member.
