    • PURPOSE: A panel manufacturing apparatus is provided to supply or replace aluminum sheets without halting the operation of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A panel manufacturing apparatus comprises dies, a first upper uncoiler(31), a second upper uncoiler(32), a bolding part(40), a cutting part(50), and a transfer part(60). The dies consecutively extrude a filler. The first upper uncoiler provides a first upper plate sheet(14) and a lower plate sheet to the top and bottom sides of the filler. The second upper uncoiler provides a second upper plate sheet to be overlapped with the first upper plate sheet. The bonding part bonds the first and second upper plate sheets. The cutting part with upper and lower cutters(52,56) cuts the first or second upper plate sheet. The transfer part connects the bonding part and the cutting part and transfers them along the upper plate sheet.

In manufacturing a stainless steel honeycomb core(1) by passing a flat plate shaped stainless steel plate(2) between cogwheel shaped gears, the apparatus for manufacturing the metallic honeycomb core is characterized in that hard metal is inserted thus fixed to the center of tooth mountain of the cogwheel shaped gears in such a way that the front of a hard metal tip is somewhat protruded, and a hard metal tip is inserted thus fixed to the center of tooth valley in such a way that the hard metal tip is elastically supported to a spring inside the tooth valley, wherein the front of the hard metal tips is formed in an "S" shape.
