    • An endo-polymer and an exo-polymer produced from submerged mycelial culture of Cordyceps militaris are provided to show anti-complementary activity and increase marcophage lysosome enzymatic activity, thereby being usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition or a health functional composition for enhancing immunity. A method for producing an endo-polymer and an exo-polymer from submerged mycelial culture of Cordyceps militaris comprises the steps of: (a) inoculating Cordyceps militaris into a potato/dextrose agar medium having a pH of 6 and culturing it at a temperature of 25 deg.C for 3 days; (b) inoculating a culture bacteria obtained from the step(a) into 100 ml of a potato/dextrose broth medium having a pH of 6 and seed-culturing it in a rotary shaking incubator at the speed of 150 rpm at a temperature of 25 deg.C for 2 days; (c) after crushing a culture material obtained from the step(b) under an aseptic state, inoculating 2 vol.% of a crushed material into a mushroom complete culture medium which includes 20 g/L of sucrose, 0.5g/L of MgSO4 .7H2O, 1g/L of K2HPO4, 0.46g/L of KH2PO4 and 4g/L of an yeast extract and has a pH of 6 before sterilization; (d) liquid-culturing the crushed material in the culture medium in a rotary shaking incubator at the speed of 150 rpm at a temperature of 25 deg.C for 6 days; (e) after centrifuging the liquid culture material for 20 minutes to separate mycelial from supernatant, washing the mycelial, hot-water extracting the washed material for three-times, precipitating the supernatant in ethanol, centrifuging it, centrifuging it again after 24 hours at a temperature of 4 deg.C and diluting obtained supernatant with water, dialyzing it for 3 days and freeze-drying it to obtain the endo-polymer; and (f) after precipitating supernatant obtained by the centrifugation, centrifuging it and centrifuging a precipitate again after 24 hours at a temperature of 4 deg.C and diluting obtained supernatant obtained by the centrifugation with water, dialyzing it for 3 days and freeze-drying it to obtain the exo-polymer. A health functional food for enhancing immunity comprises the endo-polymer and the exo-polymer and a sitologically acceptable food supplemental additive.
