    • PURPOSE: A portable device and a method for inspection a leakage of a compressed gas storage tank are provided to use high pressured air being autonomously supplied in a ship or a shipyard, thereby enabling to miniaturize an inspection device. CONSTITUTION: A portable device for inspection a leakage of a compressed gas storage tank comprises a storage unit(110), an IBS adiabatic unit(200), a portable pressure sensor(530), and a first portable pump(510). The storage unit maintains air tightness by using a first screen film(P1). The IBS adiabatic unit maintains the air tightness by using the first screen film and a second screen film(P2) in the outside of the storage unit. The IS adiabatic unit maintains the air tightness with the second screen film and a hull(P3) in the outside of the IBS adiabatic unit. The portable pressure sensor measure pressure variations of the IS adiabatic unit in one side of the IS adiabatic unit. The first portable pump forms vacuum in the IS adiabatic unit by being arranged in the other side of the IS adiabatic unit, thereby inspection the second screen film.

    • PURPOSE: A method for testing the airtightness of a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine for a vehicle is provided to rapidly and accurately verify an air leakage between a valve and a sheet ring in advance. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing the airtightness of a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine for a vehicle is as follows. A cylinder head in which related parts of a valve and a sheet ring are mounted but an air inlet and an air outlet are not mounted is assembled in a cylinder block with a head bolt(S100). Initial air pressure is measured by a tester for measuring negative pressure in the state that a measurement hose installed in the normal tester for measuring the negative pressure is opened(S200). A reference value of the negative pressure is measured by operating the tester for measuring the negative pressure in the state that the measurement hose is closed(S300). Negative pressure values are measured by turns by fitting the measurement hose into the air inlet and air outlet being successively opened in the state that the air inlet and air outlet of the cylinder head being assembled in the cylinder block are closed(S400). Whether a pressure difference is within a proper range of the pressure difference or not is determined by comparing the measured negative pressure values of the outlet and inlet with the initial air pressure value and the reference value of the negative pressure(S500).
