    • PURPOSE: A re-evaporated steam and condensed water recovery device is provided to collect re-evaporated steam and condensed water without loss by implementing a closed circuit so that economic and efficient operation is possible. CONSTITUTION: A re-evaporated steam and condensed water recovery device comprises a steam recovery part(200), a pressure detecting part(140), and a steam pressing unit(100). The steam recovery part collects re-evaporated steam from condensed water discharged from heating units(30,30') which heat a processing object, thereby supplying to the steam pressing unit and supplying the collected condensate water to a boiler(10). The pressure detecting part detects the pressure of the re-evaporated steam supplied to the steam re-compression control valves(111,121) and the heating units. The steam pressing unit is composed of a pressure controlling unit(130) controlling operation by outputting operation controlling signals to the steam re-compression control valves according to the pressure detected by the pressure detecting part.

    • PURPOSE: A steam generator is provided to preventing a re-circulation secondary coolant and a secondary coolant being supplied from a water supplying channel from being mixed without a partitioning plate. CONSTITUTION: A steam generator comprises a barrel(1), an outer tube(5), a high temperature side heat transfer tube, a low temperature side heat transfer tube, a tube plate(11), a tube supporting plate, a steam-water separator, a water supplying passage, and a water supplying secondary coolant inserting unit(5c). The barrel has a hollow sealing shape. The outer tube is arranged at a predetermined interval from an internal wall of the barrel. The high and low temperature side heat transfer tubes are arranged in the inside of the outer tube. The tube plate is fixed in a water chamber side of the barrel, thereby fixing end parts of heat transfer tubes. The tube supporting plate supports the heat transfer tube. The steam-water separator separates steam and re-circulation secondary coolant. The water supplying passage supplies the secondary coolant while the secondary coolant is separated from the re-circulation secondary coolant in the inside of the outer tube. The water supplying secondary coolant inserting unit inserts the secondary coolant being supplied from the water supplying passage to the low temperatures side heat transfer tube.
