    • PURPOSE: An energy recovering apparatus after the carbon dioxide collection, and a method thereof are provided to decrease the discharging pressure of carbon dioxide collected in a carbon dioxide collecting device using a turbine to the pressure for fixing and converting, and to generate electric energy by transferring rotation force of the turbine to a power generator. CONSTITUTION: An energy recovering apparatus after the carbon dioxide collection decreases the discharging pressure of carbon dioxide of a discharging unit of the carbon dioxide collecting device to the pressure for fixing and converting, and recovers energy generated from decreasing the pressure using an energy recovering device. The energy recovering device is connected to each process driving part of the carbon dioxide collecting device for supplying energy. An energy recovering method after the carbon dioxide collection comprises: a step of collecting the carbon dioxide from exhaust gas using the carbon dioxide collecting device; a step of discharging the carbon dioxide; decreasing the discharging pressure of the carbon dioxide; and a step of recovering the energy generated from decreasing the pressure.     • A rotor used for a turbine is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and defects through easiness in manufacturing the rotor with a shortened manufacturing process due to easiness in making passages for fluid flow, and to improve the efficiency of a turbine and save the energy required for driving the rotor at a start-up of the turbine by using lightweight material. A turbine rotor includes a bundle of tubes(10) where fluid is passing through and connecting second passages(12) to the first passages(11) formed orthogonal to an installation surface; a fluid passage unit which has a disc shaped first fluid supply nozzle plate(21) with a plurality of injection ports(21A) where an end of each tube is inserted and welded, a port(21C) for a shaft, inlet ports(21B) for a filling material, and a disc shaped second fluid supply nozzle plate(22) with a plurality of injection ports(22A) where an end of each second passage is inserted and welded and a port(22B) at the center of the plate; a cylindrical casing(30) to contain the bundle of tubes; a filling material which is filled and hardened in the casing to hold the bundle of tubes; a rotor shaft(50) which is penetrating the first fluid supply nozzle plate and the second fluid supply nozzle plate.
