    • PURPOSE: A locking and unlocking device of an operation vehicle is provided to improve convenience. CONSTITUTION: A locking and unlocking device of an operation vehicle comprises a manipulation unit (70), a cable (80), and a coupling unit (90). The manipulation unit is rotatably installed at an area enabling a driver to manipulate. The cable linearly reciprocates by the motions of the manipulation unit. The coupling unit comprises an interlocking unit, a latch unit, a striker groove, an elastic unit, and a case. The interlocking unit is connected to the cable for rotating. The latch unit operates according to the motion of the interlocking unit. The interlocking unit is fixed at the operation vehicle. The striker groove accepts the striker selectively restricted by the motion facing the latch part. The elastic unit restores the interlocking unit and the latch unit. The case forms a guide unit guiding the motion of the latch unit and the interlocking unit.
