    • The present invention relates to a turning apparatus for manufacturing a body of ship or a structure, which allows to work in rotation to up and down in manufacturing of a body of ship or a structure. The turning apparatus for manufacturing a body of ship or a structure comprises two wires which are installed in front and back of a ship, lift in the air and rotate to both directions of up and down; a rotary roller which rotates in both directions upon driving of a both-direction motor to rotate the wires to both directions of up and down; a support frame which supports the rotary roller to be rotatable via a bearing member; a crane which enables the support frame to be hung in the air; and a remote controller which controls the both-direction rotation of the rotary roller. The turning apparatus for manufacturing a body of ship or a structure allows an operator to safely and conveniently work on the ground as the operator does not need to move up and down of a ship, and provides an effect of drastically reducing the working hours.

    • The present invention provides a ship lifting and transfer system capable of monitoring a real-time load in order to transfer a ship between the sea and the land by placing the ship on a trestle. According to the ship lifting and transfer system (10) capable of monitoring the real-time load of the present invention, a sensor unit (20) installed in the trestle (12) and a remote management server (70) are connected to a communications network and monitor load distribution applied to the trestle (12) in real time in order to lift and transfer the ship. Therefore, a docking plane, which is based on the load distribution generated actually when the ship is lifted or transferred, minimizes the possibility of accidents, such as the breaking or overturning of the ship. Also, based on information on the load distribution monitored in real time, an operator can immediately proceed with various work conditions suitable to an environment condition, which is changed when the ship is lifted or transferred. Therefore, working time can be reduced and convenience of the operator can be improved.
