    • PURPOSE: A two-step dyeing method of the meta type aramid/ flame resisting rayon blended fabric is provided to dye the aramid fiber in various colors without degradation phenomenon of the flame resisting rayon material and aramid fiber. CONSTITUTION: A two-step dyeing method of the meta type aramid/flame resisting rayon blended fiber performs the first dyeing progress by dipping the meta type aramid/ flame resisting rayon blended fiber after heating the first dyeing solution which includes 1-6 weight% of carrier compounding of benzyl alcohol or nonionic arylether system, 1.0-4.0 weight% of acetophenone, 0.1-0.5 weight% of acetic acid, 1-30 weight% of cation class dye, 0.1-0.3 weight% of NaNO_3 and water in 120-135°C. The fiber is sanitized with 60°C of aqueous solution that contains 0.05-0.5 weight% of sodium carbonate and 0.05-0.5 weight% of Na_2CO_3 after being cooled in 60-70°C. The second dyeing solution which contains 0.1-20 weight% of reactive dye heated from 40-60°C after adding 0.5-10 weight% of sulphate of soda. 0.5-7 weight% of Sodium carbonate (Na_2CO_3) is added at 60-80°C for 20-60 minutes with dipping meta type aramid/flame resisting rayon blended fiber to process the second dyeing progress. It is cooled and sanitized to 40-50°C.

    • A dyeing method of the polyarylene-1,3,4-oxadiazole fibers is provided to prevent an environmental problem from generating by means of dye with cation. The fiber is dyed by the cation dyestuffs. The polyarylene-1,3,4-oxadiazole fiber has a shape such as the sliver, spinning yarn or fabric. The cation dyestuff is at least one selected from a group consisting of cationic yellow 5GL, cationic yellow 3GL, cationic yellow GN, cationic G/Yellow GL, cationic orange GL(C.I.Basic Orange 21), cationic Brill. Red 4G, cationic pink FG, cationic red RP, cationic red GT, cationic red 5B, cationic red 6B, cationic red GRL, cationic blue BG, cationic blue BRL, cationic blue GRL, cationic navy blue BL, cationic black GLL, cationic black GH, cationic black 2GH. The cation dyestuff of 20 to 30% owf(one the weight of fiber) is used to the polyarylene-1,3,4-oxadiazole fiber. The dyeing is performed under the acid atmosphere of pH 4 to 5.
