    • PURPOSE: A salt removing apparatus for a sliding tube is provided to prevent the quality degradation of a sliding tube because of rapid removal of salt. CONSTITUTION: A salt removing apparatus for a sliding tube comprises a body(1), a sliding bar(2), a cylinder(3), bolts(4a,4b), and convection tubes(6a,6b). The body has a hollow that is divided into halves by a partition formed with a hole. Holders(12a,12b) are projected from both sides of the body to place a sliding tube. The sliding bar is inserted in the hole of the body and moved up and down, and the sliding bar has a bottom protrusion for preventing the separation from the hole, a hollow for collecting the air, and a side vent hole for exhaust of the air. The cylinder is horizontally installed across the body to allow the up and down motion of the sliding bar. The bolts, in which the round heads(51a,51b) are installed, are coupled to seal both ends of the cylinder. The convection tubes are installed in holes(52a,52b) of the round heads of the sliding tube.

      이와 같은 본 발명은 금속 모재를 질화처리하는 방법으로서,
      (a) 강, 티탄, 티탄 합금, 알루미늄 및 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 금속모재를 제공하는 단계;
      (b) 시안산나트륨 및 시안산칼륨으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 염 및 이산화나트륨을 포함하는 염욕을 제공하는 단계;
      (c) 티탄 화합물의 전해로 형성된 금속 티탄을 상기 염욕에 분산시키는 단계;
      (d) 염욕을 430 내지 670℃의 온도로 가열하는 단계; 및
      (e) 금속모재를 염욕에 2 내지 10 시간 동안 침지하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

CONSTITUTION: The nitriding heat treatment method of base metal in the presence of titanium comprises the steps of providing a base metal selected from the group consisting of steel, titanium, titanium alloy, aluminum and aluminum alloy; providing a salt bath comprising sodium dioxide and a salt selected from the group consisting of sodium cyanate and potassium cyanate; dispersing metal titanium formed by electrolyzing titanium compound into the salt bath; heating the salt bath to a temperature of 430 to 670 deg.C; and dipping the metal base into the salt bath for 2 to 10 hours, wherein dipping time is 2 to 6 hours, wherein the salt bath is a non-electrolyzed salt bath, wherein the salt bath contains 15 to 20 wt.% of a salt selected from the group consisting of sodium carbon dioxide, sodium carbonate and sodium chloride.
