    • PURPOSE: A method for treating lacquer is provided to improve durability, waterproofness, etc of lacquer solution by heat-treating in boiling water, and to provide transparent lacquer solution in order to express patterns and colors of an object as it is. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating lacquer by heating in boiling water comprises: a step of preparing lacquer extract and terebene oil; a step of mixing the lacquer extract and the terebene oil to predetermined ratio; and a step of heating the mixture of the lacquer extract and the terebene oil in boiling water. A mixing ratio of the lacquer extract and the terebene oil is 7:3. A coating method of the lacquer solution comprises a step of coating the lacquer extract on an object, and naturally drying the coated lacquer extract at temperature of 30°C and humidity of 40%.

    • 본발명은생옻 50kg과친수성유기용제 50 ~ 100ℓ를혼합하고잘 교반한후 24시간이상방치하는용매혼합과정; 원심분리기로상등액을 5,000 ~ 15,000rpm에서 0.5 ~ 2ℓ/min 속도로원심분리하여우루시올용액을 1차로추출하는제1차원심분리과정; 침강물에친수성유기용제 25 ~ 50ℓ를혼합한후 잘교반하고 24시간이상방치한후 원심분리하여우루시올용액을 2차로추출하는제2차원심분리과정; 다시침강물에친수성유기용제 25 ~ 50ℓ를혼합한후 잘교반하고 24시간이상방치한다음원심분리하여우루시올용액을 3차로추출하는제3차원심분리과정; 및다시침강물을여과포에담은후 탈수기로탈수하여우루시올용액을 4차로추출하는여과포원심분리과정을포함하는생옻에서우루시올추출방법에관한것이다. 이러한본 발명은생옻과유기용매를혼합하고, 24시간이상방치하여질소화합물과고무질을침강시킨다음상등액만연속원심분리기로우루시올용액을추출함에있어침강된용액을여과포를이용하여탈수시킴으로써수득한우루시올-엔탄올용액을원심분리하면생옻에함유된우루시올을 95% 이상추출할수 있어수율이크게향상되는효과가있다.
