    • PURPOSE: A device for transcribing double faces of a narrow textile and a method thereof, and a narrow textile manufactured by the same are provided to prevent fluid stored in a heating roller from being leaked out by installing a flat washer between a heating roller and a refueling cap. CONSTITUTION: A method for transcribing double faces of a narrow textile(211) comprises following steps. A plurality of narrow textiles are arranged and transferred to a first heating roller. A first transcription paper and a first rear paper are supplied to one side and the other side of the narrow textile and are reeled by the rotation of the first heating roller. The patterns or the colors of the first transcription paper are transcribed on one side of the narrow textile by the heating and the compression of the first heating roller at the same time. The narrow textile is reversed and is transferred to a second heating roller and the first transcription paper and the first rear paper are reeled respectively. A second transcription paper and a second rear paper are supplied to one side and the other side of the narrow textile and are reeled by the rotation of the second heating roller. The patterns or the colors of the second transcription paper are transcribed on one side of the narrow textile by the heating and the compression of the second heating roller at the same time. The narrow textiles are classified and are transferred to a loading box and the second transcription paper and the second rear paper are reeled respectively.

    • PURPOSE: A printing device for a cotton glove is provided to install a pressurization device for adhering the cotton glove to a screen plate of the printing device to remove a gap between the cotton glove and the screen plate, thereby removing printing error due to the gap. CONSTITUTION: A printing device for a cotton glove includes a power transfer device. A frame(50) in which a cotton glove can be worn is installed in a chain which moves without limit. The frame is installed in a pair of sprocket. One side of the cotton glove worn in the frame is printed. A power transfer device transfers power of a motor between a driving sprocket and a motor(41) to a sprocket. The power transfer device comprises the following steps. A cam plate is connected to an axis of the motor so that a hook pin which rotates is formed. A groove into which the hook pin of the cam plate is inserted is formed at a uniform interval. The hook pin of a cam plate is successively inserted/separated into/from the grooves which are formed at uniform intervals to uniformly transfer and block power.

    • A fabric feeder for a real image printer is provided to simplify real image printing work, and to improve quality of the real image printer by providing a fabric supply device for preventing pulling of printed fabric. A fabric feeder(50) for a real image printer comprises a frame(53), feeding rollers(56,57), a motor, a swelling prevention unit(59), and a movement prevention unit(60). The frame is equipped in one part of the real image printer and has a wheel(52). The feeding roller is spaced out from the frame, mounts a roll for winding fabric and rotates the roll. The motor is installed in one part of the frame so as to rotate the feeding roller. The swelling prevention unit is equipped in both sides of the roll so as to prevent fed fabric from being swollen more than necessary. The movement prevention unit prevents the roll from being separated from a right position.
