摘要： PURPOSE: A box alignment apparatus having an auxiliary shaft equipped with an alignment member is provided to prevent yield rate from being dropped, and quickly apply the apparatus to the various shapes of boxes and varied manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A box alignment apparatus(1) having an auxiliary shaft equipped with an alignment member includes a transferring unit(10), a rotary shaft(20), an actuating part, an auxiliary shaft, an alignment member, and a rotational force transferring part. A semi-finished product is transferred back and forth by up-an-down transferring belts equipped in the transferring unit. The rotary shaft is lengthily formed in the lateral direction of the transferring unit, and is capable of rotating on the cross-sectional axis of the rotary shaft. The reciprocating rotation at a prescribed angle of the rotary shaft is implemented by the actuating part. The auxiliary shaft is separated from the rotary shaft at a certain distance, is equipped at the side of the transferring unit, and is laterally extended. The alignment member is equipped with a stopper, and is capable of rotating on the cross-sectional axis of the auxiliary shaft. The alignment is directly in contact with the semi-finished product, and aligns the semi-finished product. The rotational force transferring part is connected to the rotary shaft and the alignment member, and transfers the rotational force of the rotary shaft to the alignment member.
