    • 본발명은플라즈마를이용한페인트도장부스용집진장치에관한것으로, 본체의공기배출유로를통해배출되는청정공기중의산소분자를음이온화하고음이온화된산소와공기배출유로를통해흡입되는오염된공기중에포함된페인트오일미스트가혼합되게하여상기페인트오일미스트를음전기를띠는대전체로대전시킨다음전기집진망의표면에흡착시킨후 상기페인트오일미스트가제거된오염된공기중에포함된휘발성유기화합물(VOC)을활성탄필터로여과하여상기필터의내측중공을통해청정공기를외부로배출하고, 도장작업이중지되는동안솔로상기페인트오일미스트를털어서수집통에모아제거한다. 본발명에따르면페인트도장부스내부에서페인트도장작업중에발생하는오염된공기에포함된 1㎛이하의점성을갖는페인트오일미스트를전기집진망의표면에흡착시켜효과적으로걸러내면서활성탄필터로오염된공기에포함된페인트의휘발성유기화합물(VOC)도효과적으로여과할수 있다. 또한, 본발명에따라전기집진망의표면에흡착되어있는페인트오일미스트를솔로털어서수집통에수집한후 본체외부로제거하면전기집진망의표면오염상태를쉽게개선할수 있고, 본발명에따른집진장치의집진성능을증대할수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are an apparatus and method for controlling an electric dust collector which permit a user to control all the instruments and panels related with the dust collector with a monitor. Therefore, the apparatus prevents accidents and ensures safety and reliability. CONSTITUTION: The controlling method for electric dust collector comprises: driving a communication program of a dust collector monitoring system(10); emitting an alert signal when abnormality has occurred; controlling an SI-TR control part(30,32); displaying a graphic board(201,221) by clicking of a graphic; displaying a relevant number of a duct collector(1) by clicking of a trend; displaying by clicking of a programmable logic controller; operating an auxiliary program; displaying a ladder by driving a logic 5 program; and clicking an end. The apparatus comprises: a PLC control part of a first, second dust collector for performing the instruction of a monitor system; an SI-TR control part for controlling dust collection by the control instruction from a monitor system; a dust concentration monitor system; and an opacity for transmitting a dust concentration measured value to a data logger.
