    • 본발명은자동차의테일게이트용잠금장치에관한것으로, 테일게이트의내측손잡이부와외측손잡이부에서각각래치로전달되는조작력을하나의링크부재를매개로전달될수 있게하여테일게이트의잠금장치를구성하는부품을간소화함으로써, 테일게이트의조립시공정을단축시킴과더불어제조비용도절감시키도록하는데 그목적이있다. 전술한바의목적을달성하기위한본 발명은, 차실내에설치된내측손잡이부(12)와, 차실외에설치된외측손잡이부(14)와, 이내측손잡이부(12)와외측손잡이부(14)의조작에따라발생된조작력을래치(16)로전달하여래치(16)의잠금상태를해지시키도록된 링크수단을구비한테일게이트(10)의잠금장치에있어서, 상기링크수단은외측손잡이부(14)와연결되는제1로드(28)를일단에결합한상태에서회동가능하게설치된제1가동부재(38)와, 이제1가동부재(38)의회동에의해연동되어회동하도록설치된제2가동부재(40)와, 이제2가동부재(40)의일측선단에결합되어내측손잡이부(12)와연결되는제2로드(30)와, 상기제2가동부재(40)의타측선단에결합되어래치(16)와연결되는제3로드(42) 및, 상기제1가동부재(38)와제2가동부재(40)를각각회동축(33)을매개로하여회동가능하게축지지하도록설치된고정부재(34)를포함하여구성된것을특징으로한다.

    • PURPOSE: A device for locking for a tail gate of a car is provided to reduce the progresses in manufacturing a tail gate and to reduce the cost for manufacturing by simplifying the parts composing a device for locking for a tail gate. CONSTITUTION: The device for locking for the tail gage of the car includes an integration link instrument(36). The integration link instrument(36) includes the first movable member(38), the second movable member(40), the first rod(28), the second rod(30), the third rod(42) and a fixing member(34). The first rod(28) is connected to a step of the first movable member(38) and is possible to be rotated. The second movable member(40) is rotated by being geared by rotation of the first movable member(38). The second rod(30) is connected to the front step of a side of the second movable member(40) and a grip portion of the inside. The third rod(42) is connected to the front step of the other side of the second movable member(40) and a latch. The fixing member(34) is fixed by being connected on the tail gate(10).
