    • The present invention relates to a dryer of agricultural and marine products, by supplying a hot air to agricultural and marine products while the agricultural and marine products are contained on a main body (1) with a door (D). The dryer of the present invention comprises a drying room (10), a surface type heating unit (20), a machine room (30), and a controller (40). In the drying room, the agricultural and marine products are placed on the main body. The drying room has a duct (11) with a hot air flow path (12). Penetration holes (13) are formed at both sides of the hot air flow path. The surface type heating unit is disposed inside the duct of the drying room to supply heat to the penetration holes of the hot air flow path. The machine room includes a ventilator communicating with the hot air flow path of the drying room and circulating the heat of the surface type heating unit inside the drying room. The machine room communicates with a waste heat flow path (32) which sucks again and recycles the air circulated inside the drying room. The controller is electrically connected with the surface type heating unit and the ventilator, and controls the temperature and the air volume according to the set sequence. Accordingly, the dryer of the present invention dries agricultural and marine products by using the surface type heating unit, thereby increasing the heat efficiency, and recycles the circulated hot air, thereby saving costs.

    • PURPOSE: An agricultural product drier is provided to uniformly dry agricultural products by regularly maintaining the temperature inside a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural product drier includes an air conditioning chamber (5) with a heat pump and a drying chamber (1) with a drying rack (20). The drying rack includes a tray (30), and a force pipe is installed on the lower side of the tray. A heat pump generates one among hot air, cold air, or dehumidified airstream, and transfers the one into the drying chamber. The force pipe reciprocates from left to right by a transfer unit. Parts of the airstream generated from the heat pump flows into the force pipe through a flexible pipe (44) using a blowing fan (14). The heat pump includes a compressor (51), a four-way valve, a first heat exchanger (53), an expansion valve, a second heat exchanger (55), and a third heat exchanger (57).
