摘要： PURPOSE: An image forming device, a method thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to enable the finding of the closest reference manuscript size when a user frequently uses a manuscript of a non-reference paper size, thereby eliminating inconvenience of setting a manuscript size. CONSTITUTION: When a sensed manuscript size is a reference paper size in a set reference paper group, an image forming device determines the manuscript size as the reference paper size(S703,S704). When the sensed manuscript size is a non-reference paper size in the set reference paper group, the image forming device determines the manuscript size as a reference paper size which is greater than the non-reference paper size(S705). The image forming device scans a manuscript and prints the same on a paper corresponding to a size of the determined manuscript(S706).
