摘要： PURPOSE: A method for selling electronic merchandise coupons is provided to safely and conveniently purchase electronic merchandise coupons, without the necessity of using cash or credit cards. CONSTITUTION: A user makes a request for call connection to an electronic merchandise coupon issue server(1). If call connection with the electronic merchandise coupon issue server is made, a CPU in the electronic merchandise coupon issue server reads out a service selection information message from a voice storage disk and outputs it to the user's telephone(2). In case that the user selects an electronic merchandise coupon purchase service using a dial button on the telephone(3), the CPU reads an information message to request the user to input necessary data from the voice storage disk and outputs it to the user's telephone(4). The user inputs the necessary data, including a password, purchase money, his telephone number, etc., according to the voice information message sequentially(5). The CPU confirms the inputted data and transmits the input confirmed data to a service provider management server(6). The management server determines whether the user can purchase electronic merchandise coupons(7), reports it to the electronic merchandise coupon issue server, and stores purchase details according to a decision result(8,9). In case that the user is the person who can purchase electronic merchandise coupons, the CPU in the electronic merchandise coupon issue server issues an electronic merchandise coupon equivalent to the amount of requested purchase money and outputs the issued coupon's intrinsic number to the user's telephone in the form of a voice message(10).
