    • An apparatus for transmitting a moving picture signal for a train is provided to employ a moving picture reproducing module connected to a moving picture device provided to each vehicle and a video device of a boiler room through a splitter. A video device(130) is connected to the first side of an integrated controller(1) for transmitting a control signal while providing a moving picture. The video device stores a moving picture file received from the integrated controller(1) and then converts the moving picture file into an optical signal according to the operation command signal of the integrated controller. A splitter module(140) is connected to the first side of the vide device. The splitter module includes a plurality of splitters connected to each other in one line such that the optical signal is distributed into a plurality of signals. A moving picture module(150) has the first side connected to each splitter and the second side connected to an LCD. The moving picture module recovers the optical signal received from the splitter to an electrical signal and then transmits the electric signal to the LCD. An optical cable(120) connects the video device, the splitters, and the moving picture device to each other.

The broadcast receiving unit requests the desired multimedia information to provide the multimedia broadcast providing unit.
