    • A driving apparatus and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device including the same are provided to prevent an erroneous operation of a gate driver by preventing a ripple of a signal due to high temperature. A driving apparatus includes a voltage generator which generates first and second gate clock signals to control gate lines, and a gate driver including plural shift registers. Each of the shift registers includes an input unit(410), an output unit(420), a signal generator(440), and a ripple controller(460). The input unit outputs a first control signal(CNTR1) according to a first carry signal(CR[N-1]) supplied from the shift register of a previous stage. The output unit outputs the gate signal according to the first control signal and a first gate clock signal(CKV1). The signal generator outputs a second carry signal(CR[N]) according to the first control signal and the first gate clock signal. The ripple controller controls lower ripple elements of the first control signal and suppresses the lower ripple elements of the gate signal and the first carry signal.

    • A semiconductor device is provided to embody a high speed operation in a delayed circuit by accelerating the operation of a driving circuit using an auxiliary driving circuit. A semiconductor device includes a driving circuit for driving a circuit(10) in a delay state. The semiconductor device further includes an auxiliary driving circuit. The auxiliary driving circuit(30) receives a signal of the driving circuit as an input signal and accelerates the operation of the driving circuit. The input signal is obtained from a transitional level detection. The semiconductor device is capable of including a single auxiliary driving circuit or a plurality of auxiliary driving circuits.
