The receiver is configured to change a frequency of the reference frequency signal, increases the frequency of the reference frequency signal more than a prescribed frequency when a transmission rate of the digital modulation signal is lower than a prescribed transmission rate and decreases the frequency of the reference frequency signal lower than the prescribed frequency when the transmission rate of the digital modulation signal is higher than the prescribed transmission rate.

The first voltage control oscillator is to generate a low frequency signal corresponding to the voltage converted from the low band pass filter. The second phase comparator is to compare the low frequency signal which is generated from the first voltage control oscillator and a phase of the low frequency signal which is divided from the divider and output the difference value between both. The third low band pass filter is to convert the value of the phase difference which is detected from the second phase comparator to a voltage and apply to the second voltage control oscillator. The mixer is to mix the received middle frequency signal and the high frequency calling frequency which is output from the second voltage control oscillator, detect the base signal and output.
