    • A CPW(Coplanar Waveguide) filter apparatus for a hybrid transmission line is provided to reduce a line process time by applying a low pass filter and a high pass filter which are impedance-matched internally. An electrical device is comprised by the CPW method. The electrical device is an inductor. The low pass filter includes a first impedance part and a second impedance part. The first impedance part is internally matched to the impedance for a high pass signal. The second impedance is internally matched to the impedance for the low pass signal. The high pass filter includes a first impedance part and a second impedance part. The first impedance part is internally matched to the impedance for the high-pass signal. The second impedance part is internally matched to the impedance for the low band signal.

    • The present invention relates to a method for determining a frequency dependent transmission line parameter in a wire of a printed circuit board. The method for determining a resonance-effect-free frequency dependent transmission line parameter comprising the first step of determining a transmission line parameter including a resonance effect from an S-parameter; the second step of determining a stable frequency of the transmission line parameter; the third step of determining an effective loss tangent of a dielectric material up to the stable frequency range; the fourth step of determining resonance-effect-free frequency dependent capacitance of the transmission line parameter; the fifth step of determining resonance-effect-free frequency dependent conductance of the transmission line parameter; the sixth step of determining resonance-effect-free frequency dependent resistance and inductance of the transmission line parameter; and the seventh step of obtaining resonance-effect-free characteristic impedance and propagation constant using the resonance-effect-free frequency dependent capacitance, conductance, resistance and inductance.
